Arrangement concept :
• Lead an open relationship with surroundings and users focused on the continuous context with space structure Korean classical music hall and supporting facilities should have a reasonable system and organic relationship through a proper connection and separation .
Exterior space planning :
Promote visual and formative connection with surrounding green park Constitute Oriental outdoor exterior space (open constitution facing yard) Establish various space sense by distributing characteristics for each open space .

Clear separation of functions according to the reasonable zoning planning
• Use a proper module to respond to the characteri-stics of each space and enhance variability of space A smooth collection and dispersion of circulation because fluid circulation space faces toward the central lobby Economical space use through concentration and integration of machine facility space and integration and connection between facilities for each function .

Shape the future-oriented, developmental,dynamic image instead of the stagnated and authoritative image
• Lead a citizen s familiar approach by integrating interior space visually by means of an open and familar image
• Constitute a flexible mass considering harmony with surroundings
